E-Invitation
The e-invitation is a fully packaged application providing event hosts with an easy to use administration interface for inviting guests and monitoring the guests' plans regarding their attendance at the event.
Each guest is issued with a unique passcode that provides them with a unique invitation prepared for them alone. The passcode and a direct link to the e-invitation is sent by e-mail automatically to the guest's e-mail address inviting them to click on the link for more information about the event.
Avoid costly and environmentally unfriendly paper invitations and license one of our e-invitations for your event!

Requirements
The guestbook is written for Linux servers. Windows servers with the packages installed should be compatible, but they are not supported. The server you are running must have the following packages/applications installed:
- PHP
- MySQL Database
If you do not know if the server you are using is compatible, please Contact Us or ask your hosting provider.
If you do not have a server or hosting provider, we provide hosting for the e-invitation for periods as short as one month. See our price list below for more information.
Pricing and License
By purchasing the e-invitation you are acquiring a non-exclusive license to use the e-invitation on one website of your choice or one event. Once purchased the e-invitation may be edited and used on your website/e-invitation but distribution is prohibited.
E-Invitation (single event licence): $200 US.
E-Invitation (unlimited use license)*: $1200 US.
Installation+: $100 US.
Technical Support: $140 US per month (2 hours)
Additional Support Hours: $100 US per hour.
Custom Programming: $100 US per hour.
Custom (Exclusive) Design: $100 US per hour.
Hosting^: $30 US per month.
*Note: The unlimited use license allows you to use the e-invitation application for one event at a time for your own use. It does not allow the sharing of the application with other people/companies who it is not licensed to. If you would like to use the e-invitation for more than one event at the same time please consider purchasing an additional single-use license.
+Note: The flat-fee installation offer does not include the installation of a different design even if the design has already been created. Design implementation is charged at the normal rate for custom programming. This can generally be completed within one hour, but can depend on the complexity of the design.
^Note: Hosting includes unlimited e-mail addresses, support for one domain, webmail, 5000Mb bandwidth per month and 100Mb space. The domain is not included. They can be purchased for a minimum of one year (renewable) through Go Daddy.
